Shipping policy

We deliver across Egypt. We do not currently ship outside Egypt.

Delivery rates and times

Greater Cairo, covering Cairo, Giza, Helwan and 6th of October: EGP 80, delivered in 1 to 3 working days.

Rest of Egypt: EGP 150, delivered in 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery is free on every order over EGP 2,000.

Delivery times are counted from when you place your order, not from when it leaves us.

Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on every order at no extra charge. You pay the courier in full when your order arrives.

Checking your order before you pay

You are welcome to open your parcel and check your items before you pay. If something is not what you expected, you do not have to accept the delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unworn items in their original packaging. See our refund policy for details.
